Zonal Level

• GKD boys and girls won the overall championship in North zone sports meet organized by Department of school education.
• Won I prize in long jump, high jump, 200mts and 100mts and obtained championship in Junior level.

District Level

• I prize in long jump, high jump, II prize in 200mts and III prize in 100mts running and won the individual championship in junior level organizes by Department of School education.
• 4 X 400mts relay got I prize in Super Senior level.
• GKD team in volleyball got the winner place in Super Senior level.

Divisional Level

• I prize in high jump, long jump and III prize in 200mts running, won the individual championship and selected for state level athletic meet.
• 4 X 400mts relay won I prize in Super Senior level.

Karate

• Won Bronze medal in state level organized by India Inter School Karate championship.
• Won Bronze medal in National level, 11th Karate championship held in Kerala.
• Silver medal in Tamil Nadu Karate – Do Association.

Chess

• I place in chess competition organized by Kovai Kids Chess Academy.

Silambam

• II place in state level silambam competition organized by the Department of School Education.

Handball

• R. Ponsanjith and R.Aravinda Krishnan played in National Level handball tournament organized by SGFI (School Games Federation of India) held in Andhra Pradesh.
• S. Bragadeshwar selected in Junior level for national level handball tournament to be held in Delhi.

Art

• I prize in Drawing competition organized by Kastruba Gandhi National memorial trust.
• I prize in science drawing & painting organized by Nehru Institute of Technology.
• Won I prize in Drawing competition organized by Sasi Creative school of Architecture.

Sanskrit

• II prize in sloga chanting & II prize in group dance in “Sanskrita Maha Sammelanam “organized by sanskrita Bharathi.
